
Stage 1- Cutting image onto blank file, then using the lasso tool and rubber tool to cut out the background.


Stage 2- Using the stamp effect on my added image and also creating a pink background to make the background stand out. The stamp effect then also gave me the option to choose a colour so I decided to use a lighter colour of pink so yo could still see the image on the brightly coloured background.

Stage 3- Adding my chosen music channels logo 'Smash Hits'.

Stage 4- Adding image of the front cover of my digipak to promote the new album.

Stage 5- Adding artists name.

Stage 6- Adding more text 'Brand New Album'.

Stage 7- Changing text colour and adding album title 'Fearless'.

Stage 8- Adding more text 'Out Now!'

Stage 9- Adding star ratings from newspapers and magazines.

Stage 10- Changing the background to a grainy effect to make it look like an older piece of paper.

Stage 11- Making the digipak image bigger and moving the smash hits logo.

Stage 12- Adding taylor swifts official website link, 'www.taylorswift.com'.

Stage 13- Adding record label logo and magazine logo. Also changing colour of text and moving image of digipak and star ratings.

Stage 14- Adding star ratings.

Stage 15- Changing colour of artist and album title to purple, to stand out from the pink.
You provide excellent evidence of the creative process you have gone through here Steph. I am a little unsure of the dominance of the colour pink but, having said that, I am not in the target audience for your artist! It would be worth getting some audience feedback to see what a younger demographic thinks. Keep me involved with the construction of your video so I cam give help and advice. We need to be targeting a level 4 for this portfolio.
